|discussion=<p><i>Packera anonyma</i> is common, almost weedy throughout most of its range. It grows on serpentine in Maryland, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. In western parts of its range, putative hybrids between <i>P. anonyma</i> and <i>P. plattensis</i> and <i>P. tomentosa</i> have been reported.</p>
