Leaf blades ovate or spatulate, margins sinuate. Flowers: petals sometimes aborted or reduced to bristles. Fruits 4-angled; terminal segment turbinate or 4-angled, 12–26 × 3–9 mm, apex usually acute or blunt, rarely retuse.
